My 73 tx650 is only kickstart. PO made it that way. Now I am not great with electricals on bikes, but i would like to put back the electrical start just incase i need to use it at those critical times when I am riding with a group and still keep the kickstarter.
The Decompression...
Will the original seat from an XS2 fit on the 73 tx650 frame. i know that both share most parts but not really sure about the seat and frame. I am trying to bid on one on ebay right now and its at 35 bucks ending tommorow. so hopefully i can get at that price. thanks
Anyone know of someone or place that can reline my xs750 gas tank that i have acquired for my tx650. Its pretty rusty inside but outside is good to go.
I do have the throttle w/lever already, its what im using except that cable is gone and i need the tappet cover to attach the cable for it. But thanks for the information. I see your from chicago. What part?
I have a 73 TX650 only kickstart. PO took out the decompression cable and also the decompression assembly/ tappet cover. I recently purchased the decomp cable but still looking for the tappet cover for it. Is there any thing else i would need to complete it. I would like to put it back to its...
PO removed it and its kick start only. I have the decompression cable but i need the decompression assembly/cover. And if anyone can help, is there anything else i need for it.
