After a week long non functioning Chinese tail light setback the project is finally finished. It must be, I`m out of parts, out of patience, and out of money to spend on this one so I guess it`s finished. All the electrical works as it should and It`s been tested for spark to the plugs and carbs cleaned with new gaskets also. This ran fine before I gave it a make over and I haven`t touched the motor so it should be ok. I have a couple of Japanese bike shows to enter before I give it a test run. This one has only been done for a couple of hrs but I`ve already laid out parts and started a too do list for the old school scrambler project. I`m really going to get serious about that one! I`ll take some better pics when the temp gets below 100 degree`s. Thanks to everyone for their posts and information on this site. Lots of questions were answered and lots of ideas came from this site. Here is a couple before and a few after pics.

JesseeS. Thanks. The pipes were made from a Speedway 1 5/8" combo bend. The cone mufflers are Lossa Engineering.

That's one fine ride there, halfmile! Hope she performs everything you want her to be. You worked hard on her and it shows.

another beautiful build, halfmile...........I really like the hydraulic clutch addition.

Thanks everyone. 2M is right about the stroke that effected my right side. I was expecting a 2 week recovery? "NOT". I have gotten my writing and typing skills back and most of the use of my right arm and hand. Leg is another story, its still numb from time to time so I still do the required exercises every day. I really miss flying but I`m afraid to go up by myself or take passengers along that don`t have a licence. I`m still current but my physical is in Jan 2018. Don`t have much hopes of keeping my ticket. I did plan on treating myself to another Sanger Drag Hydro for my 70th birthday in Nov. All I need now is a winning Lottery Ticket!!
CoconutPete. I did not put the TrailTech Vapor back on the build. The truth is I put it in a plastic bag and forgot all about it until I had already made the wiring harness and ran all the wires through a mesh loom.
