    I was reassembling my '75 top end and one of the bolts got about 10 ft lbs before it let go.. I thought i stripped the head but was just the bolt its one of the four bolts on top that thread into the head, can I find these at homedepot or lowes? their metric section is usually pretty limited...

    welding question with pamco

    i want to weld some new pipes and a tab for a kickstand.. i would disconnect frame ground wires, spark plug wires, battery, etc. not to fry electronics but should a pamco be completely removed from the engine? if no one knows i will take it out but it would be nice to keep my timing where it is

    i have the steering lock that sticks out the side of the head tube and would like to cut it off. i don't have a key for it and i want to mount my headlight closer to the frame but it's in the way. if i cut it off flush with the frame what's behind it? will i have a huge hole left? anyone else...
