I've got a weird grinding/whining noise coming from the clutch side case. It is coming from around the kick arm. I used a screw drive to isolate the noise and thats how I found the location. When assembling te bike I noticed that I had cut off the brake switch bracket. Jut looking for a picture of a brake switch bracket. My xs is an 83 if that makes a difference in the bracket.

Just ordered my stacks from Steel Dragon Performance, great guys out there. Anyway was wondering since it leans the air fuel mixture and i am completely new to carbs. how might i combat this issue? Any Jetting kits or something like that i should look into?

Is it ok to clear raw metal with either clear coat or clear powder coat. I've got my frame take etc sand blasted and im looking to keep that soft raw metal look but without it rusting. Anyone ever do this and might i run into any issues?
