I've been lurking for a while now, but finally decided to become a member. Lots of good advice on here, but I can't seem to find this little answer(and, yes, I have used the search feature). Has any one else used harley triple clamps for their 35mm forks? I wanted to know if there is somewhere I...

    Front end swap question?

Just a quick question on front end swaps. I have a untitled 77 frame that I plan on doing a front end swap on. If im not worried about keeping the VIN # on the neck does it make sence to cut the neck out and use the neck and the front forks from another bike, to eliminate fitment issues? Any...

Whats the widest rim you can run on the front and back with stock forks and swingarm and no major mods? I know youll run into problems with the chain hitting with like a 150 tire or so. Mag Wheel Sizes - Front and Back

Ok, what size front and rear mag wheels are there with DISK brakes? Is 18 the largest for the rear? Is there a 21 inch mag wheel for the front? Sorry for the most likely stupid questions but since people seem to prefer spoked rims, mag info comes off as kind of scarce. lol

    GSXR Fork Swap ?'s

    Help me identify these forks.

My serial numbers tell me the bike is a 1977 XS650-D Model. But I cant tell if these forks are the stock 1977 forks that are made to go with the stock tire and dual disc brake setup. If they are not stock 1977 forks I think I might just get a different rim and brake setup that fits the...
