Bob,the 77 Bountiful Blue is actually a tough one to duplicate,it really is.Send 46th a sidecover and please share the results.If the cushion in your inquiry photos is what you have,I’d advise preserving it, and looking for a correct cover or just purchasing a good used seat for your 77.They’re not crazy priced and still exist.

I agree with Magoo. That seat looks very salvageable from that picture. Even if you just patch in some replacement foam to topcoat it, that one looks way better than a lot i have seen. But looks can be deceiving. I know that foam can turn crumbly pretty quick.
