Wanted - 2 into 1 intake

Buddy of mine is making one now. Good luck. They are kinda pricey

Wow that is a wild intake. Can't imagine the tuning problems you create with that one. Different intake lengths and No 1 intake charge has to make a U-turn before even getting to the engine. I suppose if the pipes where loud enough you won't notice it running on one cylinder.

Easy to sync one carb though.

ya thats what i thought too Joe Wiseguy is made the same way and said it works very good I'm just tri'n to save some money( I'm not sure Joe Wiseguys will work on my frame)

I also tried contacting this person.
He was a member here at one time, but hasn't been on the site in years.
I pm'd him and got no response.
His were cast, and looked very nice.
I too am looking for an alternative.
Joe Wiseguy is the only one making them right now.
:(

This guy has a website at http://thexscafedotcom.wordpress.com/ His contact details are there (but I bet you can't find them)

email at: chopsandbobbers@hotmail.com

He has an eBay shop at http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/hardtail28-2008

The link just under his email address above leads to a German Ebay site (God knows why. He lives in Canterbury.)

Aaah well.

Hope this helps.

Dave

Oh by the way. He does a straight and an angled manifold. Don't see why the angled one shouldn't work fine. (Think half an Austin Mini manifold).

I remember seeing a build thread by a shop- "counter balance cycles" and he seems to make a nice probably pretty affordable intake

Here is an intake I made for my bike a while back. Just had to cut pie shaped tubing to get the tight bends...worked pretty good.

I was gonna offer it up but turns out I can't find it...must have made it into a box of parts I sold. Just some pics...it was really easy to make. Sorry.

Why not just pony up and buy joes? It is pricy but his quality cant be beat, The Cerakote really makes it look nice. He has years of R&D work into them and the finished product shows that. The tech help he provides is very helpful in setting it up.
I bought one for my last bike and loved it.
