Anyone have a starter shaft collar?

I managed to misplace the collar that goes on the shaft in front of the gear that is driven by the starter. Does anyone have one that they could measure and post dimensions of? It is the part highlighted in the attached photo. I never created a build thread, but here's my "dry build" as it looks today. I'll be lacing up fresh wheels and making some other refinements over the winter. Never mind, found the collar. Thanks
