Banshee swap question

I've tried to figure this out on my own but here it is:
Installed the banshee charging system. I've got it all figured except with the swap I no longer have the pickup coil. TCI model. I have the stock ignition unit but I don't get what sets the timing now. Do I have to swap it over to a cam/points ignition or can I fit the old pickup in the banshee generator.

You will have to switch to points or an after market electronic ignition, like a Pamco, Boyer, or Probe. The Pamco uses the mecanical advance as does the points. Boyer is advanced by electronics. Mr Riggs also has a fine system that uses a mechanical advance. Do some research and make your choice.
