I have took heiden tuning advise and increased the main to 145 pilot to 42.5 and air pilot to 132.5
Was running 137.5 main 37.5 pilot and 130 air pilot.
thought my plugs were looking lean
These plugs were at the lower jettings What do you chaps think

Well i rode for 20 miles then checked the plugs i think the change in jets is better 86 miles on the clock so far no leaks oil is lovely and clean and maintaining level i am happy with the results so far .

Well I have managed to get my plugs right 145main 42.5 pilot dropped the air pilot back to 130 3 turns out on the mixture screw
I and have done about 110 mile on the bike re tourqued the head 3 times i am pleased with the outcome My XS650 is a 750 bigbore nutter a beast to ride loads of power a true cafe racer new tyres tomorrow as i have worn these to the webbing lol

Thanks TM Finishing touches today new tyres fitted Avon Roadrider transported to the fitters by my good self after getting them from FleBay alot cheaper than from the local tyre shop and yamaha dealer ....saved £55.00 about 72.56 Bucks as you fellows say.lol
I think i confused them with such a fine Classic machine, it took them a good while about an hour to complete the job and had to ask me for the tyre pressures 28rear 22 front and the price of fitting and disposing of old tyres £30.00 or $39.58 Bucks I checked everything when i got home then went for a good ride to scrub in the new rubber did about 50 miles or 80.4672km.lol..180miles on the clock running in nicely...
