Can a 650 frame accept another engine?

If you want a KZ750 twin just use that as your base platform and build from there, probably a better chassis than the XS650 and similar in style. I saw a 650 twin instqalled in an aluminum twin spar sport bike frame can't imagine why, but it looked great.
