According to you how do you accomplish this?
the carter is Polish but the cylinder and the crankcase? you paint color aluminum?

Factory painted the crankcase with a semi gloss aluminum, cylinders and heads were left raw. Some of the 81 up had black cases, cylinders and heads. Factory abrasive buffed the side covers but didn't polish them, then applied clear.
