Cough and hiccup on idol (video)

Hey guys so been having this issue for a while now where i get a little cough on idol and just off idol when its cold it also happens when iv been riding and pull the clutch in to stop at lights or traffic. I originally thought it was fuel starvation on the idol circuit but changing to bigger pilot jets didn't make it go away. I also thought it may be getting to much air so dialled in the air screws a bit but still it keeps happening. Iv pretty much changed everything on the bike from new wiring loom to new ignition (pamco with E advancer) New PMA, TM flatslide carbs which have been dyno'd. Any advise would be a massive help as the bike runs really well apart from this.
