Hey guys sorry to post on here but I have a question that relates to forks and this post seems to have the most knowledge from what I've seen.
I have a 1980 special II that my brother layed down, one fork is in the shape of an s and the other has a slight bend all the way down. I was wondering if anyone knew what year(s) the forks are the same to fit on this bike? And is there a difference in forks between the special models and the regular models? I know the forks it had were 35mm forks, do most of the 70's and early 80's xs650 have those forks or am I looking for specific years?
