Cracked Oil pipe Delivery?

Hi I've been building my XS 650 up and having lost of fun riding it.

Recently, on a ride back home, ALOT of oil spewed all over my pants and bike.

when I pulled over to check it maybe seem that the oil pipe delivery has been cracked.

Can it be welded? Can this part be replaced? ( I checked on partzilla, it says it's obsolete)

What should I do...

If I'm not mistaken, that's copper tubing. I'd be inclined to try flux and solder. Hard to tell if the joint is leaking there or if it's a crack before the joint.
