Deep Six Cycles wait time???

Does anybody have any experience with deep six cycles? I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. I have been charged and paid for priority shipping. I didn't see anything about out of stock or a wait time when I placed the order. I have sent emails, called, messaged through facebook all with zero response. I'm just wondering if anybody has had any experience with them? Is this common? I'm willing to wait for the product, I would just like to know how long I have to wait.
