Hi
Just about to start a dirt tracker build have a frame a engine Im using so far
suzuki rm front forks,21 inch IT front wheel,XL 500 rear wheel.
The rm forks & IT whell match up just need to make wheel spacers also the XL rear wheel sprocket to centre of wheel is the same as a XS so will only need spacer made to set in place well this is the plan.
Any Ideas or comment

Just be sure you can get your gearing correct. The XL rear wheel will probably accept a 32-34 tooth sprocket, if it doesn't you might want to look around a little more. I had a helluva time coming up with sprockets for the XS500 rear wheel I'm using.

Local old biker shop can buy blanks & drill them to you hole patten so hope that solves any problems
Couple of pics,, I still have a long way to go yet

Dont look like much done But
1) Forks cleaned & new fork oil, alloy block welded on side for wheel hub to set into,
nut side of fork leg drilled out to accept wheel axle

2) XT back wheel new bearings, spaced & set in swing arm.Might need to replace XT wheel rubber damper or removed & weld sprocket hub to wheel

3) XT wheel axle 15mm make bushs to fit swing arm. XS axle is 20mm
Front wheel new new tyre & cleaned
