DNA springer question

How long is a -4 DNA springer (from say the bottom of the next to the bottom of the springer?
I'm fixing to trade for one but I want to make sure I'm getting what I need. Are there any markings on the front ends that indicate which it is?

All I can tell ya is a -2 is the same as a stock xs650

Ya so a -4 is 2" shorter than stock.

Harley's stock length on a springer is 22 inches.
