Does chain get oiled by engine?

Keep seeing oil on frame

Or is it prob leaking from somewhere and getting saturated that way

most likely leaks in the chain area are the sprocket nut being loose, oil passing down the output shaft onto the sprocket and chain or the clutch pushrod seal, lots of threads on both of these subjects if you use search

Pus rod oil seal especially if you run an 18 T sprocket kept my chain oiled tire oiled. Replace seal and bushing behind the seal. The wore out bushing causes the seal to leak
