electrical wiring

i have a 1979 xs-650sf and have read the how the electrical works which is a great help,so i want to simplify my wiring.my question is do i need the reed switch ,flasher cancelling unit ,reserve lighting unit ,and light checker.also there is a condenser above the motor where do those wires go to.thanks for any help

You don't need any of those items.

The condenser (capacitor), is wired cross the 2 sets of points. The points have 2 wires, orange and grey. The black wires from the condenser are connected to the orange and grey.
