Frame, what mounts to these tabs?

Hi all, anyone miss me!!??

Can someone please tell me what the heck mounts to these 2 tabs on the frame? It's been about 7 months since I removed everything...damnit!

I was looking in my manual and couldn't find it....then went to boats.net and completely missed the fender/rear fender schematic.
