Good one, Pete! ...Reminds me of a gunsmith I knew years ago, telling me about "the old broomstick in the gun case trick". He'd put a broomstick in a gun case, and tell the wife he was headin' out (bringing attention to the gun case, of course), and come back with a new rifle or shotgun. It worked like a charm for years until she found all the broomsticks in the back of his truck. He's divorced now... 
Tire pressure checked, windshield on, valves, cam chain set, timing adjusted, GPS and phone mounted. Sidecovers kinda paint matched to that "standard" tank. ETD 7 hours.

First fuel stop after blown fuse before I could start out all good keep g her at 70 @4000 rpm looks like close to 50 mpg. Will go up through Duluth.

I just read the RR..she still hasnt finished it,,,its been like 7 yrs in the making...what guts and determination...Damn radian must have had 20k miles on it by the time she got back to VA..BTW she isnt that far from me here in NC...
