I'm 16, and for the past month I have been building a bike with my dad. Need a set of brakes for when it's done. Just a frame now...

I've been scoping out this kit for a while. I think it would be the perfect addition to my '75 Cafe. I hope everyone likes the pic, but I really hope that I get picked!

This is my 1975 XS650B that certainly could use the Pandemonium upgrade. Thanks for the opportunity!

The Pandemonium brake kit is on my list. 80G with upgrades, Neck bearings, leds, hi-D headlight, bronze swingarm bushings, Hugh's Handbuilt's solid riser bushings, superbike bars, charge monitor, progressive fork springs, mags from a special, bought Mikes's retirement home, all that work and mostly stock looking.:D

Hello my name is Matt I'm 21 and live in Toledo Ohio. This is my first bike, first build, and will be the first street bike I've rode. I've been lacing wheels on the side to help fund the project. I really don't want to put the old cruddy front brakes back on my nice new wheel. ID BE SO STOKED TO WIN THE BRAKE SETUP!!

As a self-taught auto/motorcycle mechanic, (IT by training) I am now working on a resto-mod '78 special I was given by my neighbor. Currently rebuilding the motor due to a holed piston (ATU over-advanced under heavy load, 2-up on a hill...) Looking to update the bike for reliability and safety, especially when carrying precious cargo (i.e. wife, nieces / nephews etc). Also hoping to take the XS on some longer road trips once back up and running.

Damn I must be dyslexic as when I read the outline I thought it said post a drawing of your bike, then I got confused when it was all the photos of bikes in the thread...
Oh well here is my drawing - you may notice it has 'front brakes', as in they need to be done.

First pick is what my bike looked like when I bought it. Right now I'm waiting on an ardcore hardtail kit. Then I'm going to buy pandemonium yamama exahust and 'str' tank with faucet petcock. Also going to order Hugh's fork lowering kit and PMA kit.
Second pic is of bike in current state.

tmb99 - that is the best post so far LOL

I could use more parts! It should be running soon and is going ful build over the winter. This is my first bike and could use all of the help I can get.

Hugh' PMA, Pamco, rebild top end, new bars, new headlight, neato engine mount, exhaust, and first attempt at a paint job.

Here is my 81 special. Soon it will have new bars , seat , and tank. Replaced the lights with led. It's a dependable daily rider.

would love the chance to win this.
my bike is a 1981 special with a 750 gas tank. Picked up some tarozzi clip-ons, avon MK2 tires, and powder coated a load of parts. The engine was just media blasted down to raw metal and some parts have been powder coated. Still deciding on how I want the tail to look. Thanks for the chance!

This kit would be a perfect addition to my project. Also it would look pretty sweet under the Christmas Tree. Thank you for considering my entry and good luck to all who enter.

Actually upon further review of the competition you may need more of these kits due to the high volume of stellar builds. All of which could use a kit such as this. But if there can only be one, please be sure that it will be well used. Oh BTW, I'm going to be riding daily next year. Wink wink.

83 heritage, learning expierience. garage chopped and rebuilt. runs like a dream but could definitely use some better stopping power.

I'm redoing the brakes on my 78' XS 650 SE "Belle" and would love to do them with
your Brembo set-up. Please enter me in your drawing. Belle is just behind the 75 in the first picture and front
with the rear wheel off in the second picture. Thanks, Blue

Bike is a '79 Special II. You might call it mildly cafe'd. It is no show bike as you can see from the pic but a reliable daily rider. It has been gone through pretty much from axle to axle for safety with appropriate upgrades. Running an electronic ignition, aftermarket coil, and a rebuilt electric/charging system. A better front brake would be a welcome addition.
