Help with Tracker Tire Sizing!!

Hey guys...just completing a '81 XS tracker build...have '75-'76 XS aluminum rims which i believe are 3.5 x 19 f and 4.0 x 18 rear? Wondering what the maximum size tire I can fit on these rims?? Would like a lower profile front to assist with lowering the ride height - and something dirt track looking like a Dunlop K180! Any suggestions for alternates and vendors would be greatly appreciated!

Those are tire size's you listed. Rims are probably 1.85x19 and 2.15x18
