Ignition auto advance Retainer Nut

I keep on picking apart my engine to replace gaskets , but this nut has put a stop to it then now I need your advice, how the hell can I remove it ?
Ive used gentle fingers and force but with no result other than the retainer nut is deforming, so plz help me.

Try not to use a screw driver as a punch. Try to find a proper punch that has a round flat nose to hit the nut with. Its best to not hit just one of the segments. Go around the nut striking each one of the segments in turn. Be sure you're hitting it CCW.

I assume you have used some type of penetrating oil.
