Ignition timing for '83 TCI motor

Just trying to verify that manual is correct. Ignition timing for a '83 is 15 deg advance at idle.

What is full advance at say 3000 rpm??

40° BTDC for full advance. Idle timing can be between 13° and 17° BTDC.
