Ill bet you dollars to donuts that they take the same wheel bearings as all of the other xs650's. I do not know this as a fact, but this scenario seems highly likely. Seeing as you would rather ask the same questions on different forums rather than just measure your wheels, you should take my advice because I said so.

I think thery are from a late 70's to early 80's Suzuki. THe GS500 I think.

If I remember correctly I think those were the same wheels my 82 Suzuki GS450 had!! Cant remember if they were exactly the same, but they look awfully close!

I have a set 19" front and 18" rear. They are not the same wheel that was found on Suzukis. Close but there are major differences.

They might have been made by Henry Abe. Abe was a big aftermarket company in the 70s.
