Install PAMCO bushings into cams easily !

I just did this in about 5 seconds.
Tools : Dremel , sanding drum.

The sanding drum is almost an exact fit ...medium speed and slowly working it into the cam opening. Make sure not to take off too much material. Go slow and test fit after each pass. Then used a 1/4" deep socket just the right size to tap them into place.

Did it remove any rust, or mostly iron?

well the Dremel with the sanding drums fit in there pretty easily. It's mostly removed rust I'm sure it removed just the slightest of metal
