Is MAC Still in Business?

I purchased an exhaust on their website in April. I got an automated reply promising more info when it is shipped. So far, crickets.

I've tried calling and e-mailing them without success. Are they still in business?

Hmmm. Their website looks like it's up and running.

A lot of online businesses have posted warnings that Covid has greatly slowed down their order processing and shipping. But still I think any business that takes your money has an obligation to take your calls.
And nothing since April ! That’s terrible!

Edit: Personally I would file a complaint with your credit card company or PayPal or whoever you used to pay for it.

They did not charge my credit card and in the meantime the credit card number has changed, so that part is OK. I do want the exhaust - I just have a hunch that the company is kaput.

Google mapping "MAC" in Temecula, Southern California as shown in this pic.

Interesting that the neighboring businesses do show the business name and not just the street address.

I checked Dime City, and they show all MAC exhaust for Yamaha as

TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK
