XS650 Enthusiast
So I went to the Orange County California Vintage MC gathering in Nov. Just thought I would ride over and see what they had there. Parked the XS in the over 30 yo area and was just talking to people awhile. After a couple of adult beverages I had to go to the restroom it ( it sucks not being able to hold it to long at this age) when I returned to the bike someone had placed a number 15 on the headlight. I asked what was that for and they said they had entered the bike in the bike of the month contest. I didn't know they had a contest but what the heck. So there must have been a lot of XS fans there that day because 3rd place, a Honda 750 4 banger got 6 votes, 2nd place, an old Norton got 6 votes, and the XS got 86 votes. I was very proud of what I had done and still am. I know I have to still show you pictures of the build but I still have to have someone all this for me. It's so much easier to build an engine than it is to use this computer. Hope you all like it.
