K&S Tech Switch, no turn signals when headlight on??

I've got a K&S tech 12-0040 switch on my bike, but as i've wired it i cant get the turn signals to work when the headlights are on. When the switch is in the "P" mode the turn signals work, but when I turn the switch to have the headlights on, they stop working.

I thought I wired it stock, but maybe missed something?

yellow-high beam
brown-left signal
green-low beam
brownwhite-turnsignal main(flasher)
red-main power
blue-parking light
darkgreen-right signal

blue is run from switch to flasher, then brake switch and taillight

Any ideas????????

You should have a brown(switched 12V) and a brown/white(flasher to switch) connected to the flasher.

Just to clarify (electircal is not my storng suit, I hate it!!!) I just need to use the brown wire from the switch to the flasher instead of the blue one, an keep my brown and white to the flasher as is?

Yes, the blues on an XS's are generally for lights. Sounds like you have the blue for the parking light going to the flasher.The p position on your switch just turns the taillight on. I've never used that feature in the 36 yrs I've owned the bike. You want the brown which should be hot(12V) with the key in the normal on position. Brown on one flasher terminal and brown'white on the other.
