Kawasaki 750 Twins

They did not have a very good reputation when new but now, with nostalgia, I think they are really cool... I think the carbs could be problematic and the starter breaking down... I'll prefer the non custom model but this one seems in good shape... (I'll swap it fot my wife Fazer!)

Aftermarket for the kwak 750 twins? Compared to the XS50 it doesn't exist. I dragged one home the steal the rear wheel off of it for a spoke disk XS650 But that whole bike is built like a concrete mixer there are no light parts on it. There aren't that many of them which probably says something.

I don't really know much about them except a friend bought one as his first bike and I rode it home for him. Vibrated some but hey I ride an XS! He thought it vibrated too much and sold it. Tighten all the fasteners. His shifter fell off one day. Motorcycle Classics has a write-up on it. Period testers liked it for its dependability.

There is a good KZ Twins forum too. Those guys are pretty cool. I had a KZ650SR inline four and there were several of the forum members who had twins they liked. This forum covers all the KZ twins I think.
