Hey all, the tcs kids cafe bike is running!!! However we do have a leak behind the RHS oil filter cover. There is a brand new paper gasket in place, and things are snugged down appropriately, but things are weeping. They were gushing, but then we double checked the bolt tourque. The manual shows what appears to be a rubber gasket. Any tips/ideas to fix this issue?

Yep, gotta pull that 2-screw cover, remove ALL traces of gasket from both sides. Could place 120 grit sandpaper on a glass sheet and resurface the backside of that cover. I like to put a very thin coat of grease on the new gasket, makes it compliant and won't stick next time.

I had the same issue and I ran mine on a belt sander to remove all the old gasket, cleaned it up, new paper gasket and good to go.
