Looking at original condition 83 heritage special, is it overpriced?

Hi guys, new to the forum and new to motorcycles in general. I found an '83 heritage special in my area:

Owner is asking $2700. 35k miles, original parts except tires. Is it overpriced? And at 6'1", 185 lbs, is this bike a good fit?

Welcome to our little slice of the XS650 life.
Is that bike worth that? A good question. Where I live if it was in a completely stock showroom condition it might be worth it.
In your area maybe, maybe not.
Being a good fit at your height and weight, I think you should fit fine.

The ad seems to indicate km, not miles, so for us Yankees, that translates to 22,000(+) miles. Assuming the asking price is in Canadian dollars, it translates to about $2440 USD. To me, it seems a bit high for that many miles, but I don't know what the market is like in your area. The bike seems very complete; only missing items that I could spot from your pictures are the lower side covers. I'm 6' and about same weight as you and I am pretty comfortable on my '82 Heritage Special. There is really good info on this site about what to look for when checking out a bike for sale.
