welcome zookage .

You need to tell us more about your bike in order for us to help you.
What year ..... is it points and advance or electronic ignition....... is the bike stock

If you've gone over the wiring and checked the fuse box and it looks good, then I'd suspect coil then TCI box

The guys here have cooked up a simple test for weak TCI trigger magnets.
Simply unplug the regulator, start the bike, see if it runs any better (or different)...

The TCI is very voltage sensitive. On my 81 if the voltage drops below 12.5 to 13 volts it don't like it. starts to lose power, then as voltage drops further it idles ok but won't take throttle.
I might suggest you read the charging system guide.
