Got my head pipes mocked up, not trimmed to length. Will be running upswept cocktail shaker mufflers. I will be having the kicker shaft machined down to a square to accept a Harley kicker lever with offset to clear the pipes.

Started tearing apart the motor that’s going in the bike. Found the right cylinder had been full of water. So big bore kit it is. The rest of the motor is actually in pretty good shape.

Back in the day here Sometimes one Cadillac 59 -s pointed rear light was used on custom builds.
I always liked that and as a suggestion I would think it would fit here.
2 seats ( including passenger )
And Flake paint or flash metallic And this is a Proper Old School ride.
Nice with a more neutral paint to

the current plan is to flush the welds as much as possible and send the pipes out for plating.
Started tearing my head apart.
Gonna lap some valves!
A little more work to be done in the combustion chambers but getting close.
