MikesXS mini speedo

I just received a MikesXs mini speedo a few weeks ago. Does anyone have the wiring diagram that comes with the unit? Or maybe even someone might have used it in a simplified setup? Mine orginally came in the box, but i recently moved, and itmay have come out. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!

Turn signal- yellow +,yellow/black-
Oil- red+, red/black-
neutral- green+,green/black-
back lighting- orange+, black-
Hi beam- blue+, blue/black-

if you are using the neutral light you need a switched 12v power source going to the green wire and the bikes wire from the neutral switch goes to the green/black.
