Looks like you found the Suzuki's red line.
...redline was hard to see with the red paint...
...manual says to fix engine remove all that not red here if you cross the line...

I figured you were using the ladder truck as a engine hoist. I drove a friends tracker up from the border. I liked it but they must be geared tight as it sure sucked down some fuel.
...used a gin pole truck and the same thing happened as this video pulling sami motor...
...long extension to reach down deep valleys...kinda opposite of tall building ladder trucks, reaches down...

...getting different shims today and when new valve cover gasket shows i hope bike good...
