dayum love your ride around the "hood"..must be getting cold there this time of year....how can you measure 700cc's?
...tank holds 700 cc, actually used only 2/3 of that, but carry spare gas in quart(950cc) oil containers for extended and ultra-extended days in trails...one tank more than a solid ride for most, but this bike is comfortable and no effort unless trials riding... super quiet too...it is sooo nice 75-80°f today, even on ledgy stuff in strong wind...

Yes i see the singletrack...great fun indeed...a 700cc tank...duh...LOL with me I'd get lost so any extra gas would get used...
most people think this is desolate and barren..not quite but I do prefer this landscape to what you find here in NC that is covered in green plants and trees...too many damn trees...and only the western part of the state has the mountains...

...no mow zone here too, i remember living in midwest and having to mow 2 times in a week at times in spring grass grows so fast...but we do have rock trees that grow...as long as guys like me add to the pile when passing...

Cool..I have always been a desert rat...my 15 years in S.AZ left an indelible mark on my psyche...I used to hike alot on trails that started at desert elelvations and went all the way up to 9000 ft where the trees were...in the mtns...actually starting about 7000ft for the trees...with a 35 lb backpack to boot.

I’ve photographed steep mountain side trails like the ones you were on and photos never do them justice. I know some of those trails are really steep, but you just can’t see it. Looks like fun, if I only had younger knees!

...it is very steep in places, even along the road spots where i ride...Agree pictures do not do justice to the reality of the terrain...I know its much steeper than it appears in the pics...

... no electric mountain bike or mountain bike can keep up or go effortlessly so far a distance on trails, but not suspended for fast and/or bumpy, just get used to that part...

...whenever i get my samurai tow car fixed i can trailer trials bike to rugged terrain away from the smooth trails that around here...
...that is why it is under my dining table for now...
... I am every day working hard on sami repair, and one or 2 more days the street bike going again when shims and gaskets show up...
