****Need Starter Help In St. Louis MO****

Anyone live in the St. Louis MO area that could help in replacing gear number 4 for the starter gear. I have completely redone the bike into a chopped bobber. its a 1974 xs650. When I use electric start it wont turn over anymore. It just sounds like its running but wont engage the gear. I can provide beer or cash or both!
