Hey everyone. I just bought a 1979 650 special and don't know much about the inner workings. This probably won't be the last dumb question I ask but can anyone tell me if my bike has 2 sets of points and 2 condensers?

Yes dual points and dual condensors (condensors ganged on a single bracket).
