No spark

Hey guys, it's been awhile, but I need your help. Had short in my use box, one of those glass tube fuses, it was getting hot. I found short and thought I fix it, but then it won't start, tested my rectifier it was bad. But now no spark, any ideas?

Bought a new rectifier and put blade fuse on fuse box. Still no spark

Points or tci? If stock wire harness go through it and clean/inspect all connections.

sounds like your not getting power to the coil.
did you wire it correctly ? check the technical reference under electrical and see if anything looks like it might be it !
what is the bike ? an 81' xs650 special I assume .... right ?
do you have lights when the key is on ? tail light and dash lights ( headlight won't come on till the engine is running)
if so that tells us you have power from the battery.... if not try and figure out why you have no power to the wiring harness !
....Be aware when testing the spark the Plug has to be grounded or you can fry the coil in a single kick....

Yes it's 81 xs650, turn key on tail lights come on, head light come on after start, is way to test tci? Wiring is correcorrect, I have power to everything,

I tested the ignition coil, looks like it's bad, only got 003 on my meter.
