Oil Leak

I seem to have a oil leak that no matter what I do will not stop
I think maybe ouil is coming out the bottom hole of this line Circled Can this be so????

It may be seeping from around the bolt hole, pic #2. If there is an irregularity around the bolt, like an old pice of gasket, then a leak can form.
 
The thing you circled is a blind passage. It should be sealed. If air can get through it, then you need to re-seal the hole at the bottom with JB-Weld.
 
i have had two different side covers on this bike & had cover of at least five times & have used gasket sealer on gasket but still it leaks
I will seal the hole fit a new gasket with sealer as well & see what happens
 
Is it something simple such as a forgotten copper washer under the capscrew ?
 
many of the crankcase bolts on the bottom of the engine have a copper washer/gasket since the oil sits in there...
 
This digram shows copper washer under the four lowest cap screws. I am sorry I dont recall where it came from.

Yup - often people forget those copper washers, and from the closeup pic of your oil drip, I don't see one under that socket cap bolt. Given it's right at the bottom and right beside your oil leak... hope it's as simple as that.
