"paint" help

Hey guys. Finishing up my bike and really want to keep a bare metal look. Wandering if anyone had tips on how to achieve the look I'm going after. Pic posted.

I assume the pic is not yours, just what your after. Once you have the paint off, scrub in one direction with a scotch rite pad, then get it clear coated with low gloss. I think they let it rust for a short while, or phosforic acid. Then clear
