running on 1 cylinder when ticking over?

Any ideas whats going on? When i rev it or ride it both are fine but only 1 when at a standstill. can anyone point me in the right direction. much appreciated...

You probably need to sync your carbs. One of them is not working at idle. Could also be plugged idle circuit. Clean the carbs.
