Shift drum and tranny questions

I'm rebuilding my bottom end and I just put my shift drum back in the cases and everything rotated smoothly. I put the gears in and now I can only shift to first and second gear. Any ideas what I need to check? Any pictures would be great also!

Nevermind! Fixed it!

Just set it in neutral before you bolt cases together and you will be good.
