Shock extensions?

It's getting warm out and I've been been riding a bit, so time to start asking questions!

I want to lift the rear end of my bike up, but I don't really want to spend the money on new shocks (I'm fine with the performance of the stock ones) so I was wondering if there are any sort of shock extensions available that would allow me to get some more height in the rear end.
