Small amount of fuel on plugs? Break up when warm

I've got an almost film of fuel on my plugs(iridium) what would cause this? Timing?

Also bike starts to break up in the top end while giving throttle..
Some "sneezing" out of carbs
Sometimes dies at idle when warm..

May seem elementary to some but after doing the work I've done to this thing my mind is spent..

Pwk flat slide carbs/750 kit/xs cam/ pamco Hall effect/Hughs pma/tc bros cap...I replaced all valves,seals ect. While motor was apart.

I should of specified,when I said film of fuel I ment the plugs are not soaked,very small amount..
