Speedometer cable 90

I’m having a clearance issue with my speedo cable. The aftermarket one not the o.e.m. My cable does not turn tight enough for me to get the headlight up high enough. I’ve seen cars with cable 90’s that turn them. I don’t know if the cable gauge/size between cars and bikes are the same. Or if there are certain cars that are the same. I’m also concerned the threaded ends might end up different. If I have to get a custom sized cable so be it. I really want to keep the speedo where I placed it. Here’s an example.

Most automotive cable cores are .130" in diameter. If your cable core won't fit in the adapter you may have to crimp a new end on it. "Google" speedo cable core repair/tools. If the adapter drive won't fit into your speedo, you may be S.O.L.
