Starter motor gears

Hi all. This is my first post, I'm new here.
I've been handed an xs650 engine in bits in a box and have a few parts missing. I'm looking for dimensions on the collar (part 16 in the diagram attached) so I can have it made. Does anyone have one floating about they can measure for me.

I'm deleting my starter this weekend (if parts show up on time) I'll try to remember or I can potentially mail it to you. The starters on these bikes are problematic, they grind and metal shavings in the bottom end aren't ideal.

Thank you. I posted this on the Facebook page too where I gad a couple of positive reply's. I'm expecting the part to be made this week but if its not right I'll let you know.
